This website is operated by the New Zealand company Post Impressions Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Post Impressions Ltd. When you choose to purchase our products you are subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to please read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been bought, you are agreeing to abide with these.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.  It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.  Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Paystation. They provide us with hosting for our e-commerce platform and this allows us to sell our products and services to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

This website utilises paystation for web payments. Cardholders are re-directed from this website to the paystation secure payment environment to enter their payment details.
We neither store or process card details on this site.

OUR PRODUCTS

We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described. Unfortunately, on some occasions it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.  We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours might appear slightly differently on different displays and screens.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colours, information or other content available or offered on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

We will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from our website, whether it has been sold or not, removing or editing any materials or contents on our website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have sent you the order confirmation.

PRICING

All prices are shown in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) including GST unless otherwise specified.

Prices do not include shipping

Every effort is made to have all pricing correct within our website.  However, we reserve the right to refuse to supply a product with a price error.

Post Impression reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and/or modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

MODIFICATION OF PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

OUR WEBSITE REGULARLY CHANGES

We aim to update our website regularly and may change content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website. We will endeavour to ensure our website contains accurate information and content however, we reserve the right to update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

ORDERS

Post Impressions Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reject an order for any reason, including but not limited to; unavailability of product; an error with pricing; incorrect image or product description; or other such errors deemed applicable to an order.

If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

If we can’t get in touch with you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you’ve already paid, we will refund you in full.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.  We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

BILLING

50% deposit is required at the time of the order and once payment has been received, your order will be sent to our manufacturing team.   50% remaining balance is required prior to delivery.

DELIVERY

Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery once your 50% deposit has been received.

We do not hold responsibility for any delayed, missing or damaged orders caused by any third party shipping contractor used.  We will help in assistance of resolution but is in no means held responsible.  All transit times are based off carriers estimated delivery schedules.  In cases such as extreme weather, holidays, and other unforeseen reasons, normal transit times may be affected.  In the unfortunate case of these circumstances, neither the carrier nor Post Impressions Ltd can be held responsible and thus cannot offer any type of compensation.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

The goods you purchase come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act.  If your product is faulty, broken or otherwise non-compliant with a consumer guarantee under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act, please contact us as soon as possible with your name and order number and our customer care team will advise you on the next steps.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Unfortunately, and despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit.  If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage. Our customer care team will advise you on the next steps.

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances.  We may arrange to replace the product (subject to availability), provide you with a partial or full refund of the purchase amount.  If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

All returns must comply with the Consumers Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Act. No returns will be accepted on a ‘change of mind’ basis, so please be sure before you buy.

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, and failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.

INTELLUCTUAL PROPERTY

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trade marks and copyright) in our website, and in the material published on it (including, without limitation, its look and feel, brands, logos and trade marks, information, graphics, photographs, content, images, sounds, video, audio, text, layout, logos, button icons and the compilation and organisation thereof, and all intellectual property rights contained therein).  Those works, are, protected by intellectual property laws around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You must not scrape or modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off, downloaded or extracted in any way, and you must not use any content separately from any accompanying text.  Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on our website must always be acknowledged.

You must not use any part of the materials on our website, services or e-commerce facilities for commercial purposes without obtaining a license to do so from us.  If you print off, copy or download any part of our website in breach of these Terms and Conditions, your right to use our website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.  You are not permitted to copy, publish or use any of the content in any way, whether personal or commercial, without our prior written permission.

You consent to receive communication from us electronically, either by email or by us posting notices on our website and you agree that all communications that we provide to you electronically will satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, governmental actions, shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, postal theft, failure or accident, lockouts or other labour difficulty, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, interruption of the internet or a website (such as Facebook), or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
